SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping method:
We will deliver goods/products to you via express delivery applications to the recipient address you provided when placing the order.

Delivery time:

  • Delivery is only available within Ho Chi Minh City. Estimated delivery time is from 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM, all days of the week.

If your order has not been delivered within the committed timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team via phone at 02844554688 or email at info@viquekitchen.com for assistance.

Shipping fee:
Shipping fees are calculated based on each route and determined by the third-party delivery provider.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible cases for exchange:

  • Packaged products:
    Customers may request an exchange within 4 hours of receiving the order in the following cases: incorrect order, wrong product, expired product, or damaged goods during delivery.
    The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original. If a lower-value item is selected, the price difference will not be refunded.
  • Prepared food (meals, drinks):
    Customers may request an exchange within 1 hour of receiving the order in case of incorrect order delivery.
    The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original. If a lower-value item is selected, the price difference will not be refunded.

Non-exchangeable cases:

  • Customers request to change items without prior notice, or after the restaurant has already prepared the order.

Exchange conditions:

  • Timing: Immediately upon receiving the order.
  • Documents: Delivery note or VAT invoice (if applicable).

Exchange process:

Step 1: Confirm product condition
Immediately after receiving the order, if you find any issues that meet the exchange conditions, please contact our Customer Service team via hotline and provide details along with photos for verification.

Step 2: Verification by us
After receiving your information, we will verify the product condition and confirm whether the exchange is approved.

Step 3: Return shipment
Please send the product back to us at:
110 Suong Nguyet Anh Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Step 4: Replacement delivery
Our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange the exchange and resend the product.
