To ensure that every moment you spend at Vị Quê is a fulfilling, peaceful experience without any inconvenience, we would like to share some information regarding our general Terms and Conditions when dining with us.
1. Reservation Policy
- Table Hold: To ensure the most thoughtful preparation, Vị Quê will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you arrive later than this without prior notice, we kindly ask for your understanding as we may need to release the table to other waiting guests.
- Large Groups/Events: For groups of 10 guests or more, or guests ordering customized set menus, Vị Quê kindly requests a deposit. This allows us to prepare the freshest ingredients and a meticulous space to warmly welcome your party.
2. Space & Dining Experience
Vị Quê Kitchen always strives to maintain a peaceful, cozy atmosphere that respects the tranquility of every diner:
- Outside Food & Beverages: As a purely plant-based dining space, we respectfully request that guests do not bring non-vegan food or outside food and beverages into the restaurant. Should you wish to bring your own wine for a celebration, a corkage fee of as per restaurant policy will be applied.
- Shared Environment: We kindly hope you join us in keeping conversation volumes pleasant—loud enough to connect with your loved ones, yet soft enough to maintain a peaceful ambiance for neighboring tables.
- Smoking: For the health of our community and the freshness of our space, Vị Quê is a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from smoking (including e-cigarettes) within the dining areas. (We have a designated smoking area outside; please ask our staff for directions).
- Pets: While we dearly love our furry friends, to ensure hygiene standards and comfort in our shared space, Vị Quê does not allow pets in the dining area. (Please adjust according to your actual policy).
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for food and beverages listed on our Menu and Website do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) and a 5% Service Charge.
- Vị Quê accepts a variety of payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards (Domestic & International), and QR Bank Transfers.
4. Takeaway & Delivery
We always encourage our guests to dine in to fully experience the piping hot flavors and our peaceful “Duyên lành” atmosphere. However, if you choose delivery, we hope you understand that the transit process may slightly affect the temperature or crispiness compared to enjoying it straight from our kitchen.
5. Policy Updates
Vị Quê Kitchen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect our actual operations. Any changes will be publicly updated on our website.
