Proudly representing one of the culinary specialties of Vietnam. Cha gio – Spring rolls is the affectionate name used in the South, while in the North it is commonly known as “nem rán”, and in the Central region it is often called “ram”.
Therefore, “Tam Quê” is the affectionate name that Vị Quê Kitchen uses as a combination of the three beloved regions of North, Central and South.
Ingredient: Sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, potatoes, taro, ear-wood mushroom, shiitake mushroom, mung bean, leek, pepper, salt, sugar, sweet and sour sauce
